Will an agent talk to my clients about their file?
No. The agents work the front of the practice — answering, qualifying, booking and following up on enquiries. You set the rules for what an agent handles on its own and what it passes straight to a person, and anything outside those rules comes to you.
What happens in busy season?
That's the point of it. The phone gets answered at 8pm in April the same way it does in August, and the consult gets booked into whatever your calendar actually has left. The enquiries you'd normally lose between February and May are the ones this is built to catch.
How do I justify this against billable hours?
Work it the way you'd work it for a client. On one side: a defined install cost, plus agent running costs that are variable and itemised, so you can see what each one consumes. On the other: the hours your people currently spend answering, qualifying, chasing and posting, none of which go on an invoice — and the recurring fees behind the enquiries that get missed. Whether that clears your hurdle rate is your call to make, not ours to claim, and you can make it before the call.
Does any of this change what the practice is worth?
Two things a buyer looks hard at are recurring revenue and how much of it walks out the door with the partners. Having intake, follow-up and visibility run by systems the firm owns — accounts in your name, not an agency's — moves both in the right direction. We're not going to put a number on your multiple; you'd see straight through it. But it's worth a thought if succession is anywhere on your horizon.
Whose accounts are these?
Yours. Your Google, your ads, your site, your phone number, your numbers. You hold the keys, which is deliberate — it's the opposite of an agency retainer where the accounts leave with the agency.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can write an email you can run this. We're on the call while you switch the first agent on, and the weekly call is there for anything after that.
How much of my time does it take?
An intake and an access handover in week one, then a call while your first agent goes live. After that it's a weekly call if you want it. Most of the work sits on our side.
Is the website really included?
Yes. It goes up first, in a day, because it's what the agents run on. On the group programme it's a one-page site you expand yourself in the builder. On a done-for-you build we deliver the full custom site and dial it in for you.
What happens after the free audit?
You get a score out of 100, the exact place the firm is leaking work, and the three agents that plug it — in the order to install them, including which ones to skip. Then a call to walk through it. No card, at any point in that.
